Where do I place an order?
You can fill out an inquiry form and include your theme, date, quantity, etc. and you will be contacted to confirm all details. An invoice with a final price based on the level of design, time, materials, packaging, and labor will be sent once confirmation of availability has been provided. All orders require a minimum of one dozen.
How far in advance should I place my order?
A two-week notice is preferred for custom orders, but one-week notice may be accommodated based on availability. However, we highly recommend requesting your order as soon as you can, because orders will be taken on a first-come-first-serve basis and we may be booked.
Bulk orders (100 or more) should be placed at least two weeks in advance.
Do you offer holiday presales?
Holiday presale orders are offered for all major holidays! Different options will be posted on our website and social media pages, and you can place your order on the website like you would for customs.
During holiday weeks, custom orders will not be offered.
Do you offer individual wrapping?
Yes, all cookies are individually wrapped and heat-sealed unless you specifically request them not to be. If you'd like them tied with ribbon, add $6 per dozen or $.50 per cookie.
Do you offer gluten-free or allergen-free products?
At this time, gluten-free products are not offered. Also, while nuts are currently not an ingredient used, our products could come in contact with them at some point.
